As a member of memoQ’s Sales Team, you will

 

  • Support the sales activity of the Hub by providing product demonstrations, kick-offs, trainings, technical support during the sales process
  • Provide second-level support if necessary through our ticketing system (ZenDesk)
  • Collaborate with peers (other TSS, solution engineers, support engineers, sales Hubs, Business Services, Support, Production) during the sales process, providing support as needed
  • Provide feedback regarding to functionality and features requested by prospects and Hub server accounts
  • Inform the Hub members about potential business opportunities
  • Engage prospects and customers in order to generate new leads in general and during memoQ conferences and events 
  • During consultancy/discovery calls organized by sales colleagues you will qualify and forward potential leads to Hub members and Business Services while recommending solutions (no cold-calling)
  • Use knowledge obtained from product demonstrations to prepare materials (white papers, case studies, etc.)
  • Scope projects at clients
  • Support sales and product design teams with technical advice
  • Help with case studies and testimonials from existing accounts
  • Continuously learn about memoQ, its competitors, and the market
  • Regularly share insights with Production and Marketing

  • Solid experience with memoQ, ideally with memoQ TMS/server/cloud
  • Other TMS knowledge is a plus
  • Client-focus, communication, social skills, willing to engage in presentations, trainings and other types of communications
  • Written and spoken English and French proficiency
  • Eager to learn and design technical solutions
  • Technical experience in business consulting
  • Good command of MS Office, Jira, ZenDesk, HubSpot CRM and further internal systems are a plus
