Amélioration de l’API et de la trousse de développement logiciel

Vous pouvez maintenant faire une requête avec un compte de mots pondéré au moyen de l’API Web Service; les intégrateurs comme Plumet et XTRF peuvent donc y avoir accès.

Traduction Automatique

Nous ajoutons deux nouveaux modules complémentaires de traduction automatique particulièrement importants pour la traduction du chinois et du japonais.

  • TMXmall est un « agrégateur » de traduction automatique du chinois. Le module complémentaire de traduction automatique TMXmall permet d’accéder facilement à des services de traduction automatique, comme Google, Baidu, etc.
  • Textra MT est un outil puissant créé principalement pour la traduction de brevets japonais. Il prend en charge le japonais, l’anglais, le chinois et le coréen.

 

Plugiciel créé à partir de la trousse de développement logiciel pour les aperçus

Jusqu’à maintenant, le connecteur de Systèmes de gestion du contenu (SGC) prenait uniquement en charge WordPress. Dorénavant, il peut prendre en charge toutes les marques de SGC par le biais de SGC personnalisés. Comment cela fonctionne-t-il? Pour profiter de cette nouvelle fonction, vous devrez développer un connecteur de SGC pour l’API de SGC de memoQ. Vous pourrez ensuite connecter le SGC de votre client à memoQ aussi facilement que vous le faites avec WordPress.

Essentielle à la qualité d’une traduction, une solide gestion terminologique influe sur la productivité tout autant qu’une mémoire de traduction.

Langues manquantes dans les bases terminologiques

Lorsque vous créez un projet à partir d’un modèle, vous pouvez maintenant décider si vous voulez ajouter les langues manquantes du projet aux bases terminologiques sélectionnées pour le projet. Avant la version 8.6, toutes les langues manquantes étaient ajoutées automatiquement aux bases terminologiques jointes aux projets par le biais des modèles.

Cette amélioration est un autre exemple de la façon dont notre politique sur les versions fréquentes permet l’évolution incrémentale de memoQ.

 

Amélioration de l’extraction terminologique

L’éditeur d’extraction terminologique de memoQcomprend maintenant un élément de menu en contexte pour ajouter directement le texte cible sélectionné dans le volet Occurrences au « terme candidat » en tant que terme cible.

Amélioration de la base terminologique

memoQ 8.6 apporte des améliorations aux bases terminologiques de memoQ :

  • Vous pouvez à présent copier des paires de termes et même des entrées complètes à partir du volet de saisie de la base terminologique dans le presse-papiers et les coller dans d’autres applications, comme Microsoft Word, en texte brut ou formaté.
  • memoQ prend maintenant en charge les langues qui s’écrivent de droite à gauche, comme l’arabe et l’hébreu, lorsque vous modifiez des termes et lorsque ces termes sont entrés dans la base terminologique. Cette fonction est également offerte dans QTerm.

Nous avons ajouté les fichiers png à la liste de formats d’images pris en charge pour les bases terminologiques de memoQ, qui comprenait auparavant les fichiers jpg, gif et bmp.

Adaptez votre outil de suivi des tâches comme vous le voulez! La version 8.6 vous permet de redimensionner la fenêtre de suivi des tâches selon vos besoins. La prochaine fois que vous ouvrirez le suivi des tâches, memoQ se souviendra de vos paramètres.

Sauvegarde du serveur memoQ

Le serveur memoQ comprend maintenant des sauvegardes et restaure les fichiers de traduction pour les tâches liées aux SGC.

Exportation et importation de documents

La capacité d’importer des documents dans memoQ ou d’en exporter à partir de celui-ci n’a rien de très palpitant, mais le succès ou l’échec d’un outil de traduction peut tenir à cette fonction.

Fichiers Visio

Dans Visio 2013, Microsoft a présenté le nouveau format de fichier VSDX. Nous avons mis en place un nouveau filtre de format de fichier pour la prise en charge du format VSDX. Les filtres composites de memoQ prennent maintenant en charge les fichiers Visio; un tableau Visio intégré dans un fichier DOCX peut donc être importé comme un tableau Excel intégré.

  • De nouvelles options de segmentation à l’importation de filtres de fichiers SRT
  • Vous disposez désormais d’une nouvelle option d’importation qui vous donne le plein contrôle sur l’encodage des fichiers SRT.

Collecte des données d’utilisation

Nous avons lancé le programme de Collecte des données d’utilisation plus tôt cette année dans le cadre de la version 8.4, mais jusqu’à maintenant, seuls les clients de memoQ pouvaient partager des données. Dans la version 8.6, le serveur memoQ et l’outil de déploiement sont inclus dans le programme. De cette manière, nous pouvons commencer à recueillir des mesures sur les données d’utilisation à partir d’environnements serveurs.

Que mesurerons-nous en premier lieu?
D’abord, nous visons à recueillir des données relatives aux sauvegardes des serveurs memoQ. Nous voulons comprendre quel espace de stockage et combien de fichiers chaque serveur utilise pour les différents types de données, comme les projets de traduction, les mémoires de traduction et les bases terminologiques.

Cela nous permettra d’obtenir de l’information sur le temps de sauvegarde requis et la taille totale de la sauvegarde, et d’apporter des améliorations afin d’exécuter des sauvegardes plus rapides.
