What is Microsoft Translator MT?
Microsoft MT is a machine translation platform and web service, developed by Microsoft Research. memoQ supports Microsoft’s latest machine translation plugin which is based solely on neural MT and supports more than three dozen languages. One of its features is the “Custom Translator” which allows translators to build and securely train custom NMT models with own translation memories and term bases. Overall, Microsoft offers a secure, scalable, and customizable neural machine translation service. To get started with it in memoQ, you can start your free trial subscription with Azure.
How does it work with memoQ?
memoQ sends a text to this machine translation engine, one segment at a time. The results are then displayed in the translation results and the translator can decide whether to use them.
How to use this service in memoQ?
