データベースとファイルを平行してバックアップできるようになり、memoQのバックアップツールがさらに便利になりました。
AIQEがさらに進化しました。自動選択オプションと前翻訳の自動確定オプションを追加し、AIQEのマッチ率がグリッドに表示されるようにしました。
MT & AIQEで前翻訳の自動確定を実行
これはAIQEで最も重要な機能の1つです。自動確定機能により、memoQで機械翻訳を使用する際に、翻訳のワークフローを簡素化および自動化でき、不必要な手順をスキップできるようになります。AIQEの品質特性は翻訳メモリのマッチ率と似ており、翻訳メモリを使用した翻訳と同じような処理を行うことができます。
前翻訳の自動確定機能にAIQEを組み込むことで、品質が保証されたMT & TM翻訳による完全に自動化された翻訳が可能になります。
AIQEが前翻訳でMTエンジンを自動選択
これまで文書を前翻訳する際には、翻訳メモリ、ライブ文書より一致した翻訳が、さらには選択した機械翻訳エンジンの翻訳が流し込まれていました。
しかし、文書、プロジェクト、クライアントに合ったMTエンジンはどのように選べばいいのでしょうか？これからはAIQEが前翻訳の段階で臨機応変に様々なエンジンから最適な翻訳を選択してくれます。複数のエンジンを指定して前翻訳を実行し、セグメントごとに最適な翻訳をAIQEに選んでもらうことができるのです。
.XLIFFと翻訳グリッドにAIQEを「マッチ率」のようにして表示＆記録
従来、memoQでAIQEを利用する際は、機械翻訳のマッチ率は翻訳結果にのみ表示されていました。
memoQ 10.4ではAIQEが改善され、マッチ率が翻訳グリッド自体にも表示されるようになりました。AIQEが判定した翻訳精度がマッチ率に反映され、カッコの中に表示されるため、機械翻訳エンジンからの訳文であることがわかります。
そのマッチ率は、プロジェクトに関連づけられている.XLIFFファイルにも表示されます。これにより、その訳文がどのMTエンジンから出力されているかを確認できるだけでなく、対象文書ではどのエンジンのパフォーマンスが高かったのかを確認することもできます。これは機械翻訳エンジンを評価するのに特に役立つ機能です。

memoQ TMSのバックアップ：ファイルのバックアップと並行してデータベースのバックアップを実行
お客様からのフィードバックにお応えして、インカントリーレビューに強力な新機能を追加しました。
memoQ TMSのバックアップツールのパフォーマンスがさらに進化しました。これまでファイルとデータベースは、個別にバックアップする必要がありました。memoQ 10.4からはデータベースとファイルのバックアップを平行して実行できるようになりました。
インカントリーレビューツールの改善
お客様からのフィードバックにお応えして、インカントリーレビューに強力な新機能を追加しました。
問題
プロジェクト管理者は、[インカントリーレビューを構成] ダイアログの [品質保証] セクションで、ICRユーザーに対して、ICRツール内でのQAチェックの使用や詳細（問題内容の表示）を設定できるようになりました。また、ICRユーザーがエラーのある文書を納品できないように設定することも可能になりました。この新機能により、プロジェクト管理者は、ICRユーザーに問題内容を表示するためのQAカテゴリを指定できます。
ICRツールのサイドバーに表示される [用語] タブと [コメント] タブに加え、[問題] タブがインカントリーレビュー担当者にも表示されるようになりました。これにより、警告やエラーなどの具体的な問題を特定し、翻訳グリッドの該当する行で修正できるようになりました。
- デフォルト設定では、こうした問題は行単位でグループ化され、すべての問題（警告とエラー）が表示されます。
- ユーザーは問題を種類（プロジェクト管理者が設定したQAカテゴリ）ごとにグループ化できるだけでなく、エラーのみや警告のみを画面に表示することもできます。
- 無視した警告の表示と非表示を切り替えることもできます。
- アクティブな警告は無視することができ、無視した警告をアクティブに戻すこともできます（エラーはこれまで通り無視できません）。
- エラーは無視できませんが、プロジェクト管理者がダイアログ上で許可していれば、ICRユーザーはエラーがあっても文書を納品できます。
こうした問題はグリッドの各行の末尾で確認でき、その行で最も重要度が高いカテゴリが常に表示されます。つまり、行に警告とエラーの両方がある場合、エラーアイコンのみが表示されます。
フィルタパネル
ICRユーザーは、ツールバーのフィルタ（漏斗）アイコンを使用して、検索フレーズを含む行を以下の内容でフィルタリングできます：
- ソースまたはターゲット言語
- ロックされた行を含めるまたは除外する
- すべての行/自分がコメントした行/自分が変更を加えた行
プレビュー
文書のヘッダーに表示されているプレビューアイコンを使用すれば、翻訳文書のプレビューの表示と非表示を切り替えることができます。プレビューと翻訳グリッドは同期しているため、翻訳グリッドの行をクリックすれば、プレビュー内の該当箇所に枠が表示されます。逆も同様です。
デスクトップクライアントにプロジェクト管理者用のICRコンテキストメニューを追加
デスクトップクライアントを使用しているプロジェクト管理者は、ICR割り当ての [インカントリーレビュー (ICR)] コンテキストメニューで以下の3つのオプションを利用できるようになりました。
- ICRツールで文書を読み取り専用モードで開く
- 文書のURLをクリップボードにコピー
- ICRの構成を編集
その他の機能と改善
ユーザーからのフィードバックやリクエストにお応えして、いくつかの小さな機能の追加や改善を行いました。
プロジェクト、文書の割り当て、配布に関する電子メールテンプレートにプレースホルダー{document_summary}を追加
既存の電子メールテンプレートのうち、「文書がサブベンダーグループに割り当てられました」と「サブベンダーグループ割り当てを含むプロジェクトが配布されました」の{affected_documents}セクションを拡張し、影響を受ける文書の数とターゲット言語に関するプレースホルダーを追加しました。
前翻訳時のフラグメントの結合をTM+でスピードアップ
本機能はTM+により（従来の翻訳メモリと比較して）格段にスピードアップしました。
memoQからTransPDFインポートオプションを削除
TransPDFのサービス終了に伴い、memoQはPDFのインポートオプションのサポートを終了しました。
マルチリンガルXMLフィルタがXPath 2.0に対応
マルチリンガルXMLフィルタでXPath 2.0に対応したインポートルールを設定できるようになりました。
正規表現でショートコードの解釈を編集
これはWPMLフィルタに関連した機能です。何をショートコードと解釈するかを正規表現で設定できるようになりました。
OIDC ServerにAzure B2Cテンプレートを追加
SSOに対応したプロバイダーとして新しいIDPを追加しました。OIDCを提供するIDPはどこでも利用できますが、memoQ 10.4ではテンプレートを使うと、より迅速な実装が可能になります。
マルチリンガルXMLにインプレース翻訳機能を追加
Excelフィルタ以外にも、マルチリンガルXMLフィルタでインプレース翻訳を利用できるようになりました。
