memoQ and the Remote Office

In response to the uncertainties and risks presented by COVID-19, most companies have now asked employees to work remotely. At memoQ, we have also completely switched to remote operations as of 13 March 2020. Although it was a challenge, we’ve managed to re-think our processes, change operational routines and establish new workflows that enable our teams to thrive.     Although it is preferable to establish remote-work policies and training in advance, in times of crisis or other rapidly changing circumstances, businesses need to leapfrog in their digital transformation. Fortunately, there are specific, well-proven steps that can be taken to improve the engagement and productivity of everyone involved, even when there is little time to prepare.    Our latest eBook is intended as a guide for professionals who are accustomed to using memoQ in an office but now must work with memoQ remotely.
